Learn moreSandy is about 25 minutes north of Lehi, over Point of the Mountain on I-15. Much of the city was built from the 1970s through the 1990s, so many homes are two-story or split-entry designs with full basements, oak railings and carpet that has been down for decades. Neighborhoods like Alta Canyon and Willow Creek, the streets around Dimple Dell Regional Park, and the newer builds toward the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon all call for the same core jobs: carpeted stairs converted to wood, main floors moved to LVP or hardwood, and basements finished or refreshed.
Sandy is also home to one of the Giant Carpet One showrooms F-Looring buys through, so you can pick material close to home and have it installed at cost.
Sandy and the south valley are well within our statewide range. A fast crew, a specialty in stairs, and supplier pricing that stretches your budget, all with financing to make it easy.
